Cognetics purchased TEXTML Server to design a pilot project consisting of a standards and guidelines repository for a government entity. Cognetics found that TEXTML Server had all of the important functionality that they were looking for - including high performance search capabilities (by keyword and full-text), flexibility to design custom HTML interface, and automatic indexing of new and revised documents.
