What do you mean by "Dynamic Indexing"?

TEXTML Server provides the most flexible of indexing environments. Although the indexing process can of course be started manually, you may also start it automatically according to set parameters. As new documents are inserted into a document base, the indexing process can be automatically started according to: the number of documents added, the amount of data added, a defined time interval or at a specific time of day.

This means you can set automatic indexing parameters like: "Start the indexing process based on whichever of the following events occurs first: every time X number of documents is added or X amount of data is added or every minute or every day at 11:59:00."
