When will the conference take place? Where is the hotel?

CCMS Link 2019 will take place September 25-27, 2019 at Hôtel Le Crystal in Montreal, QC.

How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?

Hotel rooms cost $269 CDN. per night plus taxes ($201.42 US. plus taxes) You can book your reservation directly with the Hotel Le Crystal reservations department at 1-877-861-5550. Use the name IXIASOFT for the conference discount.

How many people will attend the conference?

We expect about 100 attendees at CCMS Link 2019, including IXIASOFT clients, partners, and staff.

What is included in the registration fee?

The ticket gives you exclusive access to private and semi-private workshops with world-renowned experts in techcomm, meet and greets with the IXIASOFT product and service team, case study presentations, breakfast and lunch for the duration of the conference, an intimate cocktail evening on Wednesday, September 25, and dinner on Thursday, September 26.

What is the refund policy for the conference?

Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before the event start date, (Sep. 18, 2019).

Is the conference schedule available?

Details about CCMS Link 2019 will be sent via email and posted on our website in the coming months. A full conference schedule, including conference sessions, private and semi-private workshops will be available on our website at latest in July.
