Locate reltable rows where a topic is used

You can use the Relationship Outline view to locate the rows where one or more topics appear.

When you highlight a topic in the DITA Map view, the Relationship Outline view displays the table(s) and row(s) where that topic is used.

If you highlight more than one topic, then the Relationship Outline view will first display the rows where both topics appear together, followed by lists of the rows where each topic appears on its own.
Note: This information is retrieved from the repository. If you've recently put a topic into a reltable, you'll need to release the map before you can view the rows where it's being used.

To locate reltable rows where a topic is used:

In the DITA Map view, highlight the topic or topics you want to locate.
The Relationship Outline view displays the table(s) and row(s) where the topic(s) is used.

In the following example, you can see in the Relationship Outline view that the topic "Assign documents to users" appears in the row "Document assignments" in a reltable called "Projects".
