Troubleshooting TEXTML Server

This section describes IXIASOFT TEXTML Server troubleshooting tips.

Note: This applies only to On-Premise deployments.

IXIASOFT TEXTML Server troubleshooting

When the IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop first opens, it checks its own configuration information for TEXTML Server (located in the Textmlservercfg.properties file) against the values in TEXTML Server, and if it finds they are not identical, it displays the "TEXTML Server not properly configured" message.

To correct this problem, right-click either the server or the Content Store node in the TEXTML Administration view and select Configure Properties. For details on TEXTML Server properties, see the TEXTML Server Administration Guide.
