Check who finished an assignment

You can check which users have marked themselves as finished with an assignment.

Writers can use the My Assignments page or Favorites side panel to see which users are done with Approvals, Collaborative Reviews, and other assignments.

To see who is finished:

Find the assignment that you want to check.
Click in the row of the assignment or on the object icon.
The row expands, and you can see the number of reviewers. You can also see the following:
- How many users are finished
- For Approvals: how many have approved or rejected it
- For Collaborative Reviews: how many annotations have been made
To see which users marked themselves as finished, click beside the number of finished users.

A pop-up appears showing you the names of the users assigned. Users with a check mark () beside their name have either marked themselves as finished or made a decision on an Approval.
To see which users approved or rejected an Approval, click beside either the number of approvals or the number of rejections.

A pop-up appears showing you the names of the users who approved or rejected the Approval.
