Sort columns

You can sort the columns on any page with a dynamic grid.

Note: Sorting is not available for columns where it does not make sense. For example, the Actions column cannot be sorted.
  1. For the column that you want to sort, hover over the column header.
  2. Click More Options icon.
    Tip: You can also click the arrow that appears in the column header to quickly sort the column or change the order.
  3. Click one of the following:
    • Sort by ASC: sorts the column in ascending order, for example A-Z, smallest to largest, or oldest to newest.
    • Sort by DESC: sorts the column in descending order, for example Z-A, largest to smallest, or newest to oldest.
The Dynamic Grid updates, and an arrow appears by the column header to show the column is sorted.
Important: If you use the dynamic grid to apply a filter or sort the results on the Search page, only the objects that have loaded are sorted and filtered.
