In an ever-evolving, fast-moving marketplace where customer satisfaction and brand loyalty can make or break a product’s adoption, user experience (UX) design is increasingly being perceived as a product differentiator. But what exactly is UX? How can we define and conceive a good UX? What are some proven methodologies for designing best-in-class UX? And what role does documentation, if any, play in the overall UX of a product?
