IXIA CCMS 7.10 brings greater flexibility and efficiency to everyday content operations. Expanded capabilities in CCMS Web let teams manage library relationships, change branch types, and clone branches, while administrators can now maintain roles alongside users and groups. Bulk output generation simplifies publishing multiple objects, and improved delta import avoids unnecessary revisions when content hasn\u2019t changed. A new MCP server provides a connection between the CCMS and customers\u2019 preferred AI agents, opening opportunities to incorporate AI into their content workflows while supporting their own strategies.<\/p>\n<\/div>

IXIA CCMS 7.9<\/h3>

IXIA CCMS 7.9 introduces feature branches for continuous delivery workflows, branch-level Content Level Security, branch renaming, and improved branch creation options. It also offers major enhancements for taxonomy management, including bulk taxonomy updates, taxonomy-based searching, and taxonomy support in Syndicate publishing. Usability improvements include copyable object links, expandable pages and dialogs, and a reorganized More Options menu. Finally, it offers bulk delete and PDF publishing to Syndicate. These updates streamline content management, collaboration, governance, and publishing workflows across the CCMS.<\/p>\n<\/div>

IXIA CCMS 7.8<\/h3>

The IXIA CCMS 7.8 release adds DRM management, enabling users to view and create products, libraries, and branches more easily. Administrators can now take lock ownership of objects without losing in-progress changes, improving workflow continuity. Revision History supports comparison of working content with previous revisions, while a quick Compare option simplifies change tracking. Additional improvements include bulk image import, image titles used for display and downloads, improved conref search, and new integrations with MadCap Syndicate and MadTranslations for publishing and localization workflows.<\/p>\n<\/div>

IXIA CCMS 7.7<\/h3>

With CCMS 7.7, you now have access to almost all the DRM operations that were previously available only in CCMS Desktop, including Share Instance, Manually Merge Content, Overwrite Content, and Replace Instance. For Unified Localization, additional parameters are available for configuring auto-translation. By popular request, you can now configure and add more than one kind of Tracker ID link when checking in objects. Finally, when you add a new or existing Topic or Map to a Map in Structure View, the CCMS automatically chooses topicref or mapref as appropriate.<\/p>\n<\/div>

IXIA CCMS 7.6<\/h3>

CCMS 7.6 offers the ability to import content into CCMS Web rather than having to import through CCMS Desktop. It improves on the CCMS Desktop process by enabling you to analyze and validate the content before importing, which makes the process faster and more efficient.
\nIn addition, for customers who need to maintain separate Ignored Words Lists for their various products or libraries, CCMS 7.6 makes that possible.<\/p>\n<\/div>

IXIA CCMS 7.5<\/h3>

Improvements to localization lead the charge in IXIA CCMS 7.5. This release introduces auto-translation, which helps ensure the continued integrity of previously-translated content. Translation and Language Manifests now feature dashboards, making it much easier to track the progress of translation projects. It\u2019s also now possible to delete content in Translation. Also noteworthy is the ability to filter by group when assigning objects, as well as the option to highlight topics at certain statuses in Collaborative Reviews to help reviewers identify what content to review. Administration functions have been divided into two groups with separate permissions for added flexibility.<\/p>\n<\/div>
