IXIA CCMS 7.8<\/h3>

The IXIA CCMS 7.8 release adds DRM management, enabling users to view and create products, libraries, and branches more easily. Administrators can now take lock ownership of objects without losing in-progress changes, improving workflow continuity. Revision History supports comparison of working content with previous revisions, while a quick Compare option simplifies change tracking. Additional improvements include bulk image import, image titles used for display and downloads, improved conref search, and new integrations with MadCap Syndicate and MadTranslations for publishing and localization workflows.<\/p>\n<\/div>

IXIA CCMS 7.7<\/h3>

With CCMS 7.7, you now have access to almost all the DRM operations that were previously available only in CCMS Desktop, including Share Instance, Manually Merge Content, Overwrite Content, and Replace Instance. For Unified Localization, additional parameters are available for configuring auto-translation. By popular request, you can now configure and add more than one kind of Tracker ID link when checking in objects. Finally, when you add a new or existing Topic or Map to a Map in Structure View, the CCMS automatically chooses topicref or mapref as appropriate.<\/p>\n<\/div>

IXIA CCMS 7.6<\/h3>

CCMS 7.6 offers the ability to import content into CCMS Web rather than having to import through CCMS Desktop. It improves on the CCMS Desktop process by enabling you to analyze and validate the content before importing, which makes the process faster and more efficient.
\nIn addition, for customers who need to maintain separate Ignored Words Lists for their various products or libraries, CCMS 7.6 makes that possible.<\/p>\n<\/div>

IXIA CCMS 7.5<\/h3>

Improvements to localization lead the charge in IXIA CCMS 7.5. This release introduces auto-translation, which helps ensure the continued integrity of previously-translated content. Translation and Language Manifests now feature dashboards, making it much easier to track the progress of translation projects. It\u2019s also now possible to delete content in Translation. Also noteworthy is the ability to filter by group when assigning objects, as well as the option to highlight topics at certain statuses in Collaborative Reviews to help reviewers identify what content to review. Administration functions have been divided into two groups with separate permissions for added flexibility.<\/p>\n<\/div>

IXIA CCMS 7.4<\/h3>

This release focuses on improving image creation, display, and search. You can create new images without having to edit a topic, use more criteria to refine your image searches, and see image thumbnails on pages such as Search Results, Assignments, and in map views. IXIA CCMS 7.4 also refines the Push action by allowing you to decide whether to push only the map or the map and its dependents. Associated Build Manifests are also pushed along with the map. In addition, you can validate maps to detect out of scope links both on demand and as part of a status change.<\/p>\n<\/div>

IXIA CCMS 7.3<\/h3>

MadCap IXIA CCMS V7.3 brings you text-based Search and Replace and the ability to delete objects. It also adds flexibility to the Collaborative Review process by allowing you to select a different context map for smaller, more targeted CRs. We continue to expand options for redlining Collaborative Reviews by including translated content. You can now configure the number of search results to display at once as well as the number of objects to include in the Bulk Basket. Finally, there are significant performance improvements, especially in the map Structure View.<\/p>\n<\/div>
