Reinstall Scheduler as a new instance

If the entire Scheduler needs to be reinstalled, you can use your backup files to facilitate the process.

If you have stored a copy of the installation package (.zip file) of the version you had installed with your backup, you can use it to reinstall the component. If you do not have a copy of the original installation package, then you can download a new version of Scheduler from the web site. Once you have the installation package, you can use your backup files as you follow the installation and configuration instructions.

To reinstall:

  1. Use either the downloaded installation package or the .zip file from your backup and extract the files in the %SchedulerDir% folder.
  2. Install and configure Scheduler as described in Installing CCMS Scheduler by using your backup files as a guide. Either replace and edit the files as needed or compare the files to your backup files.
  3. Start the service.
