Repository collection reference
The Repository contains your DITA content, images, resources, snapshots, taxonomies, DTDs, and system configuration.
The content collection
The content collection in the Repository contains all the content objects such as your topics, maps, images, and resources. The collection and its subcollections are dynamically created when you add content to IXIASOFT CCMS, localize the content, publish the content, and create snapshots.
The projects collection
The projects collection in the content collection of the Repository contains projects, if your users use the project management feature.

    The content collection in the Repository contains all the content objects such as your topics, maps, images, and resources. The collection and its subcollections are dynamically created when you add content to IXIASOFT CCMS, localize the content, publish the content, and create snapshots.

      The authoring collection in the content collection of the Repository contains DITA content, images, and resources that are currently in the Authoring cycle (those whose statuses begin with "Authoring:"). This is where all working copies of the content live.

      The snapshots collection in the content collection of the Repository contains snapshots. The collection is dynamically created after the first snapshot is created.
  - The deleted collection
    The deleted collection in the Repository contains all content objects that have been deleted. This collection is dynamically created when you delete content.

    The ditaval collection in the Repository contains all ditaval files used within the IXIASOFT CCMS.
  - The scheduler collection
    The scheduler collection in the Repository contains templates for email notifications sent by IXIASOFT CCMS Scheduler to inform and remind users about assignments.

    The system collection in the Repository contains most of the files that make the IXIASOFT CCMS work. These files include catalogs, DTDs, configuration files for IXIASOFT CCMS Web, system configuration files, spelling dictionaries, plugins, templates, the HTML transform for previews, the XLIFF transform for localization, and stored reports.

    The thumbnails collection in the Repository contains image thumbnails, which are dynamically created to make it easy to preview an image.
