Output generated from an Approval

You can use the Generate Output command to generate an output for an Approval. This lets you create the content of the Approval in different formats.

You can use the same steps to generate an output from an Approval as you would any other map or bookmap. However, generating the output from an approval has a few key differences:

• The status of the approval must be Approved.
• The same DITAVAL used when creating the Approval from the map is automatically selected whenever any new output is generated from that Approval.
