To improve the speed at which the IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop opens a map, you can configure the objects that do not need
		to be loaded automatically when a map is open.

			For example, you could configure the CCMS Desktop so that
				submaps are not automatically loaded when you open a map. They get loaded only when
				you open them from the DITA Map view.
			Note: You should make these configuration changes in the Test environment and test them before copying them to the Production environment. In a dedicated SaaS deployment, after testing the changes, ask IXIASOFT Customer Support to copy the changes to the Production environment.

		-
                In the TEXTML Administration perspective, connect to your server.

-
				Locate the display.xml file in the
					repository's /system/conf collection.

-
                Check out the file and open it for editing.

-
				Locate the <maps>element.For
						example: ...
<maps>
   <references>
      <unexpanded class="- map/map container/container "/>
      <unexpanded class="- map/map container/container containerpart/containerpart "/>
   </references>
   <container class="- map/map container/container ">
      <subcontainer xpath="//*[contains(@class, ' mapgroup-d/mapref ')]" attrib="href"/>
   </container>
</maps>
 By
						default, the DITA Map view does not load the containers, which are used in
						the Dynamic Release Management module.
-
				To configure an object so that it does not get loaded, add its class to the
						<references>element.For example, to prevent submaps from being loaded when you open a map, add the
					map class to the <references> element, as
					follows: ...
<references>
   <unexpanded class="- map/map "/>

-
                Save, close, and check in the file.

-
                Inform users of the changes.
                The changes will be applied automatically
                    once users close and then reopen their IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop. Users can also apply the changes without
                    restarting their CCMS Desktop by
                    clicking .
