Important Information

The REST API is developed alongside the features of IXIASOFT CCMS Web. As such, it does not yet cover all the functionalities of the CCMS and it will grow and evolve with each new version of the IXIASOFT CCMS.

Therefore, IXIASOFT cannot guarantee that the API will remain backward compatible with each new release.

With each version of IXIASOFT CCMS, the What's New section of the REST API documentation will detail the changes from the previous version and provide guidance for developers to migrate their applications.

To get support on the API, contact support@ixiasoft.com or open a ticket on your OTRS portal and our support team will transfer your ticket to a developer.

Support for using the REST API is not part of the technical support of IXIASOFT CCMS. It is covered as part of your monthly Customer Care hours.
