The date-time format is yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.

Where:

• yyyy: four-digit year. Ex: 2020.
• MM: two-digit month. Ex: 02.
• dd: two-digit day of the month. Ex: 03.
• HH: 24-hour (0-23) hour of the day. Ex: 14.
• mm: two-digit minute of the hour. Ex: 02.
• ss: two-digit second of the minute. Ex: 05.

The time is always provided in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
