Upgrading CCMS Web

To use the latest version of IXIASOFT CCMS Web, you must download it and install it.

Note: You must upgrade CCMS Web because the Web Installer for CCMS Web installs important mandatory configuration changes.

New parameters to configure

The following are new parameters in CCMS Web, which you must configure before running the installation script:

New parameters you can configure for the Apache Tomcat application:
- TOMCAT_XMX
- TOMCAT_XMS
New parameters you must configure for IXIASOFT CCMS Output Generator:
- OUTPUTGENERATOR_HOSTNAME
- OUTPUTGENERATOR_PORT
- OUTPUTGENERATOR_SHARED_DIRECTORY
- OUTPUTGENERATOR_DAYS_TO_KEEP

Installing Java

You do not need to change or install Java on the server running CCMS Web. CCMS Web uses a local JDK that comes with the installation package and runs independently of what is installed on the server.
