Uninstall the previous IXIASOFT CCMS Scheduler service
Before you can upgrade IXIASOFT CCMS Scheduler,
you must stop and uninstall the service.
Stop the CCMS Scheduler
service:
On Windows: Open the Services windows, right-click Ixiasoft Scheduler and click Stop.
On Linux: Run the following
command:
/sbin/service scheduler stop
Wait until you see the confirmation message that it has stopped.
Uninstall the CCMS Scheduler service:
Windows: In the %SchedulerDir%\bin directory (where %SchedulerDir% is the directory where the
previous version was installed), right-click the UninstallScheduler-NT.bat file and click Run as Administrator.
