Reorganizing topics in Structure view
You can re-arrange the topics within a map in the Structure view. Drag and drop the topics where you want them to go.
The map must be checked out to re-arrange the topics. To save the changes when you are done, click Check in.
Sub-topics
If you drag and drop a topic on top of an existing topic, that makes the topic you moved appear immediately after the existing topic as a sub-topic. In this way, you can create chapters with related information under a leading topic.
You can rearrange topics within an existing group of sub-topics, or you can drag them out of the group if you do not want a topic to be a sub-topic.
