Field	Type	Description
`title`	String	Title of the document to create.
`lang`	String	Language code of the document to create.
`templateId`	String	ID of the template to use when creating the document. The field is not used for ditavals.
`templateName`	String	Not used, leave empty.
`context`	String	Context map to use when creating the document. For topics only: the topic will be added to the same branch as its context map.
`versionPath`	String	Full path of the branch in which the document will be created. For maps and ditavals only.
`description`	String	Description information for the new document. This field is only used when creating ditaval. It is ignored for all other types of documents.
