Once the upgrade is complete, there are some optional configuration changes you can make.

  This document explains how to upgrade an existing deployment of IXIASOFT CCMS 6.1 or IXIASOFT CCMS 6.2 to version 6.3.

    Once you have renamed the statuses, you can manually move all the existing Collaborative Reviews with the old status names to the new statuses. You can then delete the old status names.
