Upgrading the Content Store

The Web Installer handles most of the required configuration changes for upgrading the Content Store from version 6.0 to 6.4.

Note: This procedure assumes that you made all the required changes to the Content Store when upgrading to IXIASOFT CCMS 6.0.

This section covers a few high-level tasks for upgrading your Content Store to IXIASOFT CCMS6.4 that must be done manually. These are not done by the Web Installer.

You must do the following:

Prepare your Content Store
Make any required or optional configuration changes

Custom plugins

Any plugin that you want IXIASOFT CCMS to use must be referenced in the system\catalogs\master-catalog.xml file. For example, if you want to change plugins while upgrading, remember to reference them there.
