Add taxonomy terms to a single document as keywords

Use this procedure to add existing terms from the Taxonomy Terms list as <keyword> element within the body of a document.

The document must be locked.
Note: Do not use this procedure if your deployment is configured to use <category> elements for taxonomy terms.
  1. Open the document in Oxygen XML Editor.
  2. In Text mode or Author mode, place your cursor where you want to insert the term.
    You can put a term anywhere it's valid to insert a <keyword> element.
  3. Right-click and select IXIASOFT CCMS > Insert Taxonomy Keyword.
    The Select Taxonomy Terms dialog box opens.
  4. Select the terms you want to add to your document.
  5. Click OK.
    The selected terms are added as keywords at the cursor's position.
