Install and start IXIASOFT CCMS Scheduler service (Windows)

To install IXIASOFT CCMS Scheduler on Windows, you run a batch file and start the service.

  1. Ensure that the IXIASOFT TEXTML Server is running.
    Because the CCMS Scheduler connects to the Content Store on the IXIASOFT TEXTML Server, the IXIASOFT TEXTML Server must be running when you start the CCMS Scheduler. Otherwise, the CCMS Scheduler service will not start.
  2. In the %SchedulerDir%\bin folder, right-click the InstallScheduler-NT.bat file and click Run as administrator where %SchedulerDir% is the directory you made earlier for the CCMS Scheduler installation.
  3. Open the Services windows, right-click Ixiasoft Scheduler and click Start.
In the future, each time you restart the IXIASOFT TEXTML Server, you must also restart CCMS Scheduler.
