Example: Search within Branches

This example shows how to find all the task topics in specific Branches of a Library.

This search finds all task topics in all the selected Branches of the Library. This includes topics that are shared between Branches, and topics that are only in one Branch.
  1. Click Advanced Search Filter icon.
    The Advanced Search side panel opens.
  2. Expand the Object Types filter.
  3. Expand Topics to see the subtypes.
  4. Click the Task checkbox.
  5. Expand the Context filter.
  6. From the Products / Libraries drop-down list, select the Library you want to search in.
  7. From the Branches drop-down list, select the Branches you want to search in.
    Note: If you do not select a Product or Library first, then you can search in any Branches in IXIASOFT CCMS Web. Otherwise, you are limited to Branches in Products and Libraries you select.
  8. Click Search.
The search results appear.
