Automated configuration changes for 6.6

The Web Installer, which installs IXIASOFT CCMS Web 6.6, automatically makes most configuration changes.

Any manual configuration changes are listed in the section about upgrading the Content Store.

The Web Installer changes the following:

Note: All these changes apply to both Standard and IXIASOFT Dynamic Release Management (DRM).

accessrights.xml	New access right: `EditUnassignedObjects`	Access right determines which users can edit objects that are not assigned to them. By default, only the `Writer` and `System Administrator` roles have this right.
accessrights.xml	New access right: `ManageWorklists`	Access right determines who can create Worklists and add objects to them. By default, only the `Writer` and `System Administrator` roles have this right.
build-manifest.mod	New modes: `MANUAL` and `BOTH` The`outputypes` element is now optional l	The new modes are used in CCMS Web to determine which build manifests can be shown to users.
Index Definition	New reference list: `worklists` New indexes: `worklist-documents` and `worklist-users`	These indexes are required for the Worklists feature.
