Release cycles

Make sure content in a DRM version will move at the same release cycle.
Content doesn't have to be subject-based, it can be release-based to make sure that it can all be branched at the same time.
Don't make releases and versions that are too big; otherwise, too many branches will need to be created.
If content is updated in a DRM version, everything that references that content will be updated.
