Taxonomy access rights
These access rights control access to actions related to managing taxonomies in the Taxonomy Terms view.

| AddTaxonomyTerms | Allows a user to add taxonomy terms to an object from an existing
taxonomy. Users without this access right can view terms already added to an object, but cannot add additional terms. |

| EditTaxonomies | Allows a user to create a new taxonomy, add and edit terms in a taxonomy, and
delete a taxonomy. Users without this access right can view existing taxonomies, and add terms from taxonomies to objects. However, they cannot create, edit, or delete taxonomies. |
