Monitor approvals

You can monitor approvals and rejections from several different pages, such as your My Assignments page, Favorites side panel, or Worklists side panel.

1. Find the object.
   Note: On pages that have a Dynamic Grid (such as the My Assignments page), you can view the Approved/ Rejected column for a total of approvals and rejections.
2. Depending on the page you are on, click in one of the following places.

   Scenario	Description
   Pages with a Dynamic Grid	is in the Approved/ Rejected column. Tip: You can access any comment users entered when they approved or rejected the proposed final content.
   Other views and pages	is beside Approved or Rejected. You can expand the Approval row by clicking on it. Note: does not appear beside Approved or Rejected until at least one reviewer approves or rejects the proposed final content.
