Localization access rights

These access rights control access to actions related to localization.


Name of access right	What access right controls	Where access right is used
Localize	Allows users to localize maps or topics in the Authoring cycle.	CCMS Desktop: Localization > Localize
Prepare kit	Allows users to generate and export localization kits for the translation team.	CCMS Desktop: Localization > Prepare localization kit
Retranslate	Allows users to re-translate topics from scratch. It moves the map, topic, or image back to the initial localization status, usually tb translated, and sets its content back to the source language.	CCMS Desktop: Localization > Retranslate from Source
Pre-Localize	Allows users to generate and export pre-localization kits. Note: Pre-localization kits are only available with the concurrent localization method. It is not available in IXIA Dynamic Release Management.	CCMS Desktop: Localization > Pre-localize
