Change your OTRS preferences

You can customize settings for OTRS, including your password and the OTRS interface language.
  1. Log into OTRS using your assigned username and password.
  2. At the top, hover over your username and click Personal Preferences.

    The Personal Preferences screen appears with the General tab selected.

  3. Take any of the following actions:

    Add or change a profile photo
    1. Click Change Avatar Image.
    2. Find an image.
    3. Click Open.

    Change the language of the interface
    1. Select the language you want from the Language dropdown list.

    Change your time zone
    1. Select the time zone you are in from the Time Zone dropdown list.

    Change your password
    1. Click Security
    2. Enter your current password.
    3. Enter a new password and re-enter it a second time.
  4. Click Submit.
