You can migrate your existing CCMS Desktop custom dictionaries,
which are flat word list files, for use with CCMS Web
		Spell Checker.

The custom dictionaries at the specified location are not spelling dictionaries, but
rather words that Spell Checker ignores as an error. They have no
relationship to Oxygen Web Author or CCMS Desktop
				custom spelling dictionaries.
To add a predefined list of words to CCMS Web
				Spell Checker:

		-
Locate your CCMS Desktop custom dictionary in TEXTML Administration, copy it, and then paste it in a text file or
					spreadsheet.

-
In the file, ensure the content is line-break delimited, so that each word has
its own line, and then copy the contents of the file.

-
				In TEXTML Administration, go to
						system\webplatform\spellcheck and locate the related
					language file, such as en.ignoreToken.
-
Right-click on the file and select Check Out from the pop-up menu, then
paste the copied contents into the file.

-
Save your updates, close and check in the file, and then refresh the CCMS Web browser instance.

-
Confirm the update works as you expect, using both a test map and a test topic
that is in the Authoring cycle, but does not have an
						Authoring:donestatus.
Note: The Spell Checker feature will find
errors in objects with an Authoring:donestatus, but it
cannot make any updates, since such objects no longer allow for
						edits.
