How do users disconnect from an RDP session?

Users must click Sign out to disconnect from an RDP session.

Description

If users close the RDP session using the icon, it leaves the session open. This can cause performance issues because there is constant communication between the RDP window and the RDP server. Instead, users should sign out to end the session.

Solution

To sign out, click > > Sign out.
