Approval status behavior

The default is that an Approved status is only possible if all assigned users approve the content updates.

If an assigned user rejects the content updates, the topic has a Rejected status and any other assigned users will no longer see the topic in their assignments. One rejection ends the Approval process and returns the topic to the writer.

Note: Your company may configure the Approval process to behave differently. For example, the Approval might change to Approved status if a majority of the users assigned approve it.
