Add an existing image to a topic

You can search the images already uploaded to IXIA CCMS Web for inserting within a topic.

You must check out the topic, and it must have a context map.

Note: In IXIA Dynamic Release Management a topic needs a context map if you want to add images to it. If there is no context map for a topic, the Insert image icon icon appears dimmed.

To add an existing image to a topic:

  1. Within Topic Editor, click Insert image icon.

    The Insert image dialog appears.

  2. In the Display Name field, enter the name of the image you want.
  3. From the Type dropdown list, choose the type of image you are looking for.
  4. Click Search.
  5. From results, choose the image you want.
  6. On the image, click Insert.
    The image is inserted in the topic at the selected location. If you do not like the results, repeat and then find an alternate image.
