Start in debug mode using Citrix
You may need to start the CCMS Desktop in debug mode to troubleshoot your installation.
To start in debug mode using Citrix:
- 
                Open your workspace folder. To find your workspace
                    folder:
                - In the CCMS Desktop main menu, click Help > About Eclipse SDK
- Click Installation Details.
- Click the Configuration tab.
- 
                        Locate -dataand copy the path directly following it.For example:. . . -data C:\CCMSUsersData\jdoe\workspaces\eclipse-prod . . .
- Press the Windows logo key + R to open the Run dialog.
- 
                        Paste the path into the Open box and click OK.
                        The file explorer window opens your workspace folder.
 
- Create an empty text file called debug.txt and save it in the workspace folder.
- 
                Close your CCMS Desktop.
                Note: Do not use Restart.
- 
                Start your CCMS Desktop.
                A command prompt opens. Do not close the command prompt.
- 
                The command prompt displays the following message: Press any key to continue. Press ENTER.
- Reproduce the problem so the information can be captured in the debug.txt file.
- Close your CCMS Desktop.
- Copy the DITA_CMS.log, DITA_CMS-[date].mem and DITA_CMS-[date].timers files, paste them to a temporary folder, and compress them into a .zip file so you can send them to IXIA CCMS Customer Support.
- To stop debug mode, close your CCMS Desktop, delete the debug.txt file, and start your CCMS Desktop again.
