Group and user management

You can create and configure groups and individual users, assign roles, and configure user access to various IXIA CCMS functions using CCMS Desktop.

Note: Any changes you make to the configuration are applied when users next connect to their respective CCMS applications. If you want immediate application of the updates, advise users to synchronize their configuration. For IXIA CCMS Web, you must refresh the server to make the update visible to users. See Synchronize configuration files.

Note: In a dedicated SaaS deployment, submit a support ticket to request that IXIA CCMS Customer Support perform this task for you.
