OGAT and third-party tools
If your deployment includes licensed third-party tools, such as Antenna House, you may need additional licenses for development purposes.
MadCap Software recommends that you buy third-party licenses for the
Development Environment, but does not require it. If you buy an additional license for
the Development Environment, send it to MadCap Software for
installation. Dynamic publishing tools, such as Zoomin and FluidTopics, do not require
			an additional license.

	Important: If you need an
additional third-party license and do not buy one, consider the following drawbacks:

- You cannot generate the affected outputs on the Development Environment
- You cannot test your changes to the affected outputs until you promote them to Test
- For the former reasons, it slows your development cycle and increases the likelihood of promoting problematic changes to the Test Environment
