Collection management
- Create a collection
  You can add a collection directly under the Repository node, or under any of the other collections within the repository.
- Search documents by filename
  Use this function to locate a document when you know all or part of its filename or to browse all documents in a repository.
- Export a collection
  Exporting a collection copies all the documents in the selected collection to a location outside the docbase. The operation includes all child folders (sub-collections).
- Rename a collection
  Collections may be renamed as required, but you should be aware that these changes may affect the functioning of your applications.
- Delete a collection
  You can delete a collection and all its documents from the docbase.
- Display dynamic properties for a repository or collection
  Dynamic properties are properties that change to reflect modifications made to the docbase and other TEXTML Server entities.
- Check out or check in a collection
  You can check out or check in a collection.
