Reporting documentation problems

When reporting documentation issues such as errors or missing information, provide a link to the topic and explain the issue.

Include the following information in the OTRS ticket:

  • Provide a URL to the topic on the documentation website.
  • Explain what the error is or what content is missing.
  • Provide links to the language specification (for example, OASIS DITA 1.3 specification) or third-party documentation, if applicable.
