Connect to CCMS Web in a on-premise deployment with SSO

When SSO is implemented with IXIASOFT CCMS, connecting to IXIASOFT CCMS Web involves pointing a web browser to a specific URL and logging in using your common credentials.

1. In a web browser, enter the URL for CCMS Web.
   For example, enter https//:company/ixiasoft-ccms/login where company is the name of your organization.

   If you already logged in to your company's identity provider, the My Assignments page appears automatically.

2. If you have not logged in to your company's identity provider yet, click Your Authentication Server.
3. If it is your first time logging in to CCMS Web, log in using your common corporate credentials.
