    You must check out a map or topic before you can edit it.
  - Check in an object
    When you are done editing, you must check in the map or topic so that the changes can be saved and other users can make changes.
  - Revert an object
    If you checked out the wrong map or topic, or you want to start over, you can choose to discard all changes and revert to the previously-saved version instead of checking in an object.
  - Move an object
    When you have finished your work on an object, you can use the Move action to push it to the next stage in the workflow or assign it to another user. This allows users in the next stage to start work on it.
- Collaborative Reviews in IXIASOFT CCMS Web
  Reviewers can use a Collaborative Review to both provide feedback to writers on the content assigned to them as well as view the annotations other assigned reviewers have added.

  A writer can use an Approval to get a final sign off on content once all the reviews are complete.

  Maps provide structure to the other objects. All the topics that are part of a document are organized into a map.
