Why doesn't IXIASOFT CCMS display the modification time in the right time zone with Citrix or RDP?

This occurs when the Time Zone Redirection option is not enabled in your server and the Java version is lower than 1.7.91.

Description

All the time information such as modification time and history time are displayed incorrectly in theIXIASOFT CCMS Desktop. The time values are in the local time zone of the Citrix or RDP server instead of the local time zone of the Citrix or RDP client.

Solution

To resolve the issue, do the following:

  1. Enable the Time Zone Redirection option in your server, see the following links:
  2. Install a JRE version 1.7.91 or higher on the computer hosting your IXIASOFT CCMS Eclipse Client.
