How can Mac users access the IXIASOFT RDP?

Mac users can install an RDP application to access IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop.

Description

To access IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop, we recommend using the Microsoft RDP client for Mac.

Go to Get started with the macOS client and download the Microsoft Remote Desktop client for Mac.

If users have issues with the Microsoft RDP client, they can use Royal TSX software.
