Stop the IXIASOFT TEXTML Server service on Windows

On Windows, you use the Services window to stop the IXIASOFT TEXTML Server service.

  1. Open the Services window.
  2. Right-click the Ixiasoft Textml Server service and click Stop.
    The service name is one of the following:
    Version Windows service name
    For TEXTML Server 4.4.1.5167 and later versions Ixiasoft Textml Server version x.x, where x.x is the installed version
    Any version prior to TEXTML Server 4.4.1.5167 TEXTML Server version x.x, where x.x is the installed version
    Note: This step can take a few minutes for very large docbases.
