Uninstall IXIASOFT Output Generator (Linux)

Uninstall IXIASOFT CCMS Output Generator using the following procedure.

1. Stop the Ixiasoft Output Generator service.
   For example, run the following command:

   /sbin/service outgen.prod stop

   Where outgen.prod is the name of the Ixiasoft Output Generator service.

   Note: Wait until you see the confirmation message that it has stopped.
2. Uninstall the Ixiasoft Output Generator service.
   For example, run the following command:

   /sbin/chkconfig --del outgen.prod
