Connect to CCMS Web in a on-premise deployment with SSO

When SSO is implemented with IXIASOFT CCMS, connecting to IXIASOFT CCMS Web involves pointing a web browser to a specific URL and logging in using your common credentials.

1. In a web browser, enter the URL for CCMS Web.
   The URL is defined by your organization. For example, https//company/ixiasoft-ccms/, where company is the name of your organization.
2. If this is your first time logging in to CCMS Web or if you have not logged in to your company's identity provider yet, do the following:
   1. Click Your Authentication Server.
   2. Log in using your common corporate credentials.
