Why am I unable to connect to the landing page?

You tried to connect to the IXIASOFT CCMS landing page in a web browser, but you received an error.


You want to work in IXIASOFT CCMS Web and tried navigating to the landing page (for example, https://customer-ccms.ixiasoft.net/), but you received this error message:

This site can't be reached
-ccms.ixiasoft.net took too long to respond

This can happen for one of the these reasons:

  • The IP allowlist, which IXIASOFT sometimes uses, has incorrect IP ranges.
  • Your company's network does not allow connections to IXIASOFT CCMS.


  1. Check with your company's IT if your network allows you to connect to the IXIASOFT CCMS.
  2. To check if IXIASOFT needs to adjust the IP allowlist:
    1. Find your IP address.

      You can go to this site: https://www.whatismyip.com/#ip-address-information

    2. Take a screenshot of the IPV4 and IPV6 addresses.
    3. Send it to IXIASOFT Customer Support.
