Unable to connect to the landing page

When you tried to connect to the IXIASOFT CCMS landing page, you received an error like this: This site can't be reached. -ccms.ixiasoft.net took too long to respond. ERR_TIMED_OUT.

This can happen for one of the these reasons:

  • The IP allowlist, which IXIASOFT sometimes uses, has incorrect IP ranges.
  • Your company's network does not allow connections to the IXIASOFT CCMS.
  1. Check with your company's IT if your network allows you to connect to the IXIASOFT CCMS.
  2. To check if IXIASOFT needs to adjust the IP allowlist:
    1. Find your IP address.
      You can go to this site: https://www.whatismyip.com/#ip-address-information
    2. Take a screenshot of the IPV4 and IPV6 addresses.
    3. Send it to IXIASOFT Customer Support.
