If you need to change several objects to the same status, you can change their status at the same time.
- For the objects that you want to change, click the checkboxes beside their titles.
The
Bulk Actions basket appears as a ribbon. It shows how many
objects you have selected, and it updates as you select more objects.
Note: You can have different types of objects in the Bulk Actions basket at the same time.
- From the Action drop-down list, select Change status.
A Status drop-down list appears.
- From the Status drop-down list, select the status you want.
Note: The objects that you select determine what statuses are available. A status appears in the list only if at least one object can move to that status.
- (Optional):
To see a list of the objects, click the ribbon to expand
it.
When the ribbon expands, you see the
full
Bulk Actions basket. The
State column shows if the action is possible
on an object:
: the object can be processed.
: the object will be skipped.
- Click Continue.
The objects change status, and the ribbon turns green.Note: You can click New Action to take another action on the same
objects.
If any objects could not move to the status that you selected, the ribbon appears red. You can expand the ribbon for more details.
